How to sell my home by owner?

Someone asked if I thought about a lease to own.  Is this a good idea for me?  I have not purchased a new home yet, and I am not in a huge hurry, but it would be nice to get rid of it if I can.

Best way to sell a house online?

What is the best way to advertise a house online? I posted on Postlets, k Zillow, I got nothing. I was thinking to use sharpsales.com, the offer came with a yard sign I got at Walmart. It is going to be 20.00. Yahoo wants 50 and ebay 100, but I don’t think it is going to help. So, does anyone know another way?

Can you sell the home you own by auction?

My house has been on the market for 6 months, and I am in an area where many houses are for sale but there are limited buyers. Is it possible to sell your home by auction with a reserve price?

I paid $145,000 for it with cash in 2001 and am now asking $179,900 for it. I would need $155,000 to break even.

All suggestions and advice are welcome. Thank you in advance for any help.

I have a home for sale in a very small town. I have put it on Craig’s List, but they only allow you to post in ONE list for ONE city or area. I am looking for another similar way to list my home in larger cities. Preferably for free. I would appreciate any advice.

Thank You.

In the tanking Florida market there’s no way we can sell our place. But we just want to buy a house and not carry two places, we don’t need the cash for a downpayment. We have that.

I’m hoping to attract buyers with offering only 5% down, fixed 25 year loan. How can I set this up so that we don’t get taken and it’s legal, and most importantly have legal recourse if they don’t pay?

Anyone done this before?
