Someone I know wants to buy a house, the seller’s agent says the listing company “won’t let them sell” unless they get a buyer’s agent.

This is in Texas, but I’d be interested in hearing about the legality of this anywhere.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I will be placing my home on the real estate market for sale in the next month. I am trying to get an idea of how much commission will go to the real estate agent.

Also trying to decide if its better to finance a new home loan through a local bank or with a broker for a mortgage company.

All tips and advice are welcome and thank you in advance.

I would like to sell my house faster without changing the base price currently presented.

We had a few people looking at the home, but it seems apparent that they do not like the price.

Is there any way to do so and quickly; the home is currently listed at 197,000.

How To Sell Your House – Remove Clutter

I signed a 9 month contract with my agent that allows him to sell my home. I have regretted signing with him from day one.

I don’t feel that he is performing adequately and marketing my home based on what was agreed on.

Is there a way to cancel the contract without legal implications if the agent agrees to it?

If so, what would be needed in order to do this? Thank you in advance for any helpful advice.

How Can I Sell my Home Fast in this Economy?

I have a turnkey panoramic lake view home for sale. The price is way under what we have put into it, yet no bites.

I assume it is because it is rural. How can I get the word out (without a realtor) that my home is worth a look?

We need to sell fast because my husband is sick and can not live at the 4,000 elevation.

My wife and I bought a condo for about 96k in 2006. Since then, the other units are selling for about 86k.

There are plans still to build an additional 48 units, in our association, but because of the housing market, things have slowed down.

We do not need to move right now but would like to have single family home in the next 2 to 3 years.

What happens when you sell your home for less than what you paid?

Thank you in advance for any advice.
