I will be placing my home on the real estate market for sale in the next month. I am trying to get an idea of how much commission will go to the real estate agent.
Also trying to decide if its better to finance a new home loan through a local bank or with a broker for a mortgage company.

I signed a 9 month contract with my agent that allows him to sell my home. I have regretted signing with him from day one.
I don’t feel that he is performing adequately and marketing my home based on what was agreed on.
