How to Choose a Realtor to Sell your Home

Choosing the best real estate agent to sell your home can be easy if you ask them the right questions before listing your house with them.

The potential realtor should understand many aspects of selling any home in your location such as current market values, providing tips on increasing curb appeal, multiple listing services performance history, and various other home selling tips.

“Jim the Realtor” works the North San Diego County Coastal region, from La Jolla to Carlsbad CA – if you’re thinking of selling around here, contact Jim. He’ll answer these questions and more. Also take a look at his website for current market conditions and statistics that will help you see exactly where the market is in North San Diego County.

My friend is thinking of choosing a realtor for selling her home. She showed me a couple of brochures from national realtors, which said once listed, the realtor “guarantees to sell your home in 60 or 90 days”.

Is this true or a unethical tactic to get one to list their home for sale? Thanks for any helpful feedback!
