		<description>Another good advise for sellers may be: bake a bread! I know it sounds curious, but it works: The smell of fresh baked bread reminds the buyer to their childhood and give them the feeling of coming home. Instinctively they&#039;ll feel well and secure. But (!!!) Don&#039;t forget to clan up the kitchen before your buyers arrive.
