I have the contract, deed of trust, promissory note, all addendums for lead paint and such for contract, quit claim deeds. I am knowledgable of legal documents but am worried I will miss an important document. What else is required?

How to sell your home by owner using a three point marketing system

Can someone give me some marketing tips on how to sell my house as a owner as agents costs alot and they dont really do a whole lot once you sign up with them.

I would like to try and sell my house myself and save some money but I don’t know the best way to go about it. Any suggestions?

I know the market is tough right now, but due to job losses, we can’t afford to live in our home anymore. Have you ever sold your home yourself to save a realtor’s commission? I think this will be necessary for us, since we’ll have to keep the price down in order to sell. There are still people out there looking to buy a home, right? It IS possible to find a buyer, right? Gosh,the media makes it seem like an impossible dream to sell your house now. I’m very concerned that we won’t be able to. What do you think?
